What do I need to register?
To register for free, all you need is a valid e-mail address, and login name and password, plus your name, company name and country.
Once you've registered, you can use this same login name and password for all Globalchems Online products and services.

How do I register?
Registration to Globalchems is simple and fast:
1. Click on the Register link at the top navigation bar of any page in Globalchems Online.
2. Complete the required fields.
3. If you wish, enter keyword(s) to receive e-mail updates when new products are posted online, then click Continue. On the next page, you will see the matching categories for you to select for your Product Alert e-mail updates (free with your registration). Select your categories and click the "Receive Alerts" button. You will see a confirmation page. Don't forget to check your e-mail inbox afterwards and click the verification link in the e-mail we send you to confirm you want to receive Product Alert e-mail updates!
4. If you do not wish to enter keyword(s), simply click Continue. On the next page, you will have option again to enter keywords to select categories to receive free Product Alert e-mail updates.
Please note: If you are a supplier and have already registered for a Free Listing, you will need to register separately for Globalchems Online buyer services.

What are the guidelines for choosing a password?
Your password for Globalchems is case-sensitive. We suggest the following general guidelines for creating passwords: • Use at least eight characters.
• Make a password easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.
• Avoid passwords closely related to your personal information, e.g. using your login name or company name as your password.
• Use a mixture of letters or numbers and these punctuation (. _ -) — but do not use spaces.

Why do I get the error "This E-mail Address already exists" or "This Login Name already exists" when I enter my e-mail address or login name?
This means someone has already registered for Globalchems Online with that particular e-mail address or login name.
• What you can do: • Use a different e-mail address or login name.
• You may have registered previously using this e-mail address and/or login name. You can click on "Forgot your login name or password?" in the Registration or Login Page and follow the instructions provided.
